All full price items can be returned for a store credit or exchange so long as the item still has the red returns tag attached and is still in the original condition.
All SALE items 30% off or more are final and can not be returned unless faulty.
Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their red returns tag attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
You must email your intention to return the item within 7 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note our response may go to your junk mail so don’t forget to check!
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, or in the case of a faulty item, simply email us at email@example.com . Please advise your purchase order number and the product which you would like to exchange for. Once we have confirmed that we have the item in stock post the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the replacement product. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange. Please note that where you exchange for an item of different value, you will be credited the full amount and re-debited the new amount.
For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
